Settlement compensation details

Under the terms of the settlement, eligible class members can receive compensation for their losses and time spent dealing with the breach. The options include:

Class members must submit a valid claim form no later than July 3, 2025 to be eligible for settlement benefits. Claimants may choose between reimbursement options or the alternative cash payment based on their circumstances.
